Payments

Project Timelines

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the agreed project scope. Extra changes, new pages, additional features, or work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote.

Website Content

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, images, claims, products, and service information provided to Ennomark are accurate, legal, and suitable for use.

We may help improve website copy and structure, but final responsibility for business claims and legal accuracy remains with the client.

Third-Party Tools

Some websites may use third-party tools such as hosting, plugins, themes, payment gateways, analytics, email platforms, booking systems, or marketing tools.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, updates, outages, pricing changes, or policy changes.

Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise, the client owns the final approved website content and design once full payment has been received.

Ennomark may retain rights to internal processes, reusable code, design methods, templates, tools, and know-how used to deliver projects.

We may display completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Website Maintenance and Support

Ongoing maintenance, updates, security checks, speed optimization, and support are only included if agreed as part of a project or separate support plan.

Without maintenance, the client is responsible for keeping the website, plugins, themes, hosting, and software updated.

Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee that a website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or achieve specific rankings, traffic, leads, or sales.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ennomark is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, or issues caused by third-party services.

SEO and Performance

We may build websites with SEO-friendly structure, fast-loading practices, and conversion-focused layouts. However, search rankings, traffic, leads, and sales depend on many factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee first-page rankings or specific business results.

Termination

Either party may end a project or service agreement depending on the agreed terms. Work already completed, time spent, or costs incurred may still be payable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the latest revision date.
